Only recently, Disha revealed that she went once lost her memory after a head injury while training on a concrete terrace floor. Speaking to Mid-Day, she, while recalling the incident, said that she 'lost six months of her life' because of the injury and 'couldn't remember anything'.

Mumbai: Actor Tiger Shroff will be seen wielding one of the most powerful machine guns -- the Gatling, in his forthcoming film "War".

"For one scene, we got the world's most powerful machine gun -- Gatling -- and choreographed an action sequence featuring Tiger. It is a sight to see him tear down a city with this insanely powerful piece of a military weapon," director Siddharth Anand said in a statement.

The Gatling is one of the best-known early rapid-fire spring loaded, hand cranked weapons, and a forerunner of the modern machine gun and rotary cannon. 

Calling Tiger an "incredible action hero", Anand said he wanted to show people something that he had never done before.

In "War", Tiger will be pitted against his real-life idol Hrithik Roshan. The film also features actress Vaani Kapoor.

"While making 'War', we constantly kept in mind one thing -- what will make this film the biggest action entertainer that India has seen. All our effort has been to make this film a visual spectacle for audiences, especially action genre lovers. Both Hrithik and Tiger have already wowed people with their action avatars in their previous films, so we wanted to push the boundaries more," Anand added.

The story of the film follows a man who and his guru have a face-off when they get pitted against each other.

Earlier, a report stated that a massive fort for the film was built at Film City, Goregaon in Mumbai, that required two months of preparation and the effort of nearly 300 workers.

The film will release on July 30, 2020, coinciding with the Bakrid holiday weekend.

Mumbai: Heavy rains lashed Mumbai on Saturday, and Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff got stuck on his way back home in the afternoon. The "Baaghi 2" actor shared a picture of himself on Instagram, and captioned it: "I think I'll just swim home today."

Intense rain started in Mumbai on Friday night and continued throughout Saturday. This led to excessive waterlogging in several parts of the city, which resulted in traffic congestion and harassment for the public. Several flights also got cancelled.

While Tiger seems stuck in the rain, another actor Isha Koppikar is enjoying the weather. The actress tweeted a picture of herself and wrote: "Thank you for the rains!! The action entertainer will see them performing some death-defying and jaw-dropping stunts.Director Siddharth Anand in a statement revealed that setting of the bike stunt was so risky and edgy that if one move had gone wrong, both Hrithik and Tiger would have been injured. "This was an incredibly high-risk scene as my actors could have got severely injured had any single detail not worked perfectly. It`s a high-speed bike chase scene that will see Hrithik riding a superbike and Tiger chasing him on foot.

It needed Tiger to showcase his parkour prowess to time his jump perfectly so that he crashes into Hrithik and both of them break through glass window panes! On top of that, we conceptualised this beat at a blind spot, a juncture where two lanes meet so both Hrithik and Tiger couldn`t time their movement by looking at each other!"The director added that though several safety measures were taken into consideration while filming the stunt, Hrithik and Tiger managed to pull it off without any glitches."Though all safety precautions were in place, the scene definitely needed their focus, their razor-sharp instinct and their trust in each other as actors to pull it off. Mumbai: Bollywood's action hero Tiger Shroff on Sunday stunned his friends and fans as he shared a video of him lifting 200 kg.

Tiger, who is known for his love for fitness, took to his Instagram to upload a video, where he is seen doing deadlifts with 200 kg in the gym.

"Its been a while since I pushed myself this far. 200 kgs. Used to feel a lot lighter back in high school. Only human," he captioned the video.

Actor Ishaan Khatter commented: "Superhuman".

Mumbai: Director Siddharth Anand took over a year to design the action sequence for his upcoming film "War". He says he wanted to create an "action spectacle" and a "non-stop adrenaline-pumping visual extravaganza" for the audience.

"It is true because I don't think any movie in India has spent over a year to design action sequences. I wanted to create an action spectacle, a non-stop adrenaline-pumping visual extravaganza for Indian audiences and for that we all had to give over a year to design these sequences," Anand said in a statement.

Four of world's top action directors Paul Jennings ("The Dark Knight" and "Game of Thrones"), Franz Spilhaus ("Safe House" and "Death Race"), Sea Young Oh ("Age of Ultron") and Parvez Shaikh ("Tiger Zinda Hai") -- all specialists in creating a different type of spectacle, have come together to design the action stunts for the film. 

"We had four action directors living and working in different parts of the world and it was important to jam with them on how to make 'War' the biggest and one of its kind action film. 

"We wanted audiences to feel that they had never seen this kind of action and we wanted them to be proud that an Indian film could do what a big budget Hollywood action film delivers," he added.

The much-awaited film will see a face-off between Bollywood's action heroes Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff. 

"We have two of the biggest action superstars in our film and we wanted to deliver to the expectations of the people and create the grandest action film to date. 

"The response to the teaser has validated our effort and we are hoping that audiences will give as much love to the film as well," he added.

In "War", the two actors will be seen fighting each other in seven different countries and 15 world cities. Produced by Yash Raj Films, the high-octane film that also stars Vaani Kapoor, is set to release on October 2.

Mumbai: Actor Aayush Sharma is preparing hard for his role of an Army officer in his next film "Kwatha". And to do justice to his role, he is taking Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) training.

"Mixed Martial Arts require discipline and hard work and I want to give my role everything that it demands. My character of an army officer is a disciplined man, who is fearless and fights like a warrior. Mixed Martial Arts is helping me understand actions and discipline better," Aayush said.

The "LoveYatri" actor is currently training in the same gym where Tiger Shroff also frequents.
